Heard two JA members on 40, but based on signal characteristics, I couldn't make
it with QRP. 20 meters was flat. 15 meters peaked up over the last 15 minutes
and 1 weak CWT on 10 meters. I hope the 19Z session will allow 10-15 meter
activity. I'll start on 10 meters.
