First night on 160 was very slow with a lot of QRN from the NW's storms that
devastated communities in IN, TN, KY, AL, and GA.Millions in that area were
without power. Worked a few stations running emergency generators. My goal was
to get at least 500 contacts but that was not to be. A few good runs with
strong signals from the West Coast punching through the static. Was able
however to WAS (48 States) with some stations running emergency generators
