Comments:
Just 5.5 hours on, and what lousy hours they were with two "nearly X-class" and
one "nearly M-class" flares neatly spaced around and during the contest window.
Saw the big Q totals from those out East and wondered where they had found all
the action (but knowing the Auroral zone wasn't stopping them from working the
UK on multiple bands). Here, the G opening was weak, thready, constrained to
20M, and produced just 9 UK contacts. The band breakdown is below. And I do
mean breakdown.
Best find was 9H3 on 40M when nobody else was making it from over the pole.
Better luck next year. And next weekend for BARTG HF RTTY.
