Lot of effort but not quite the result I was hoping for ;)
Being held up @ work until 15:00 on Friday I had to little time to drive to the
QTH and get the antennas up. I had major problems with the support mast for the
yagi beam - but got the 22m vertical up without any problems. We had major
aurora on Saturday but Sunday was good on most bands but 10m closed. Good
lessons learned contesting this weekend - must be better prepared next time! -
first time using a good beam - Always lost frequency to very strong EU stations
when beaming US. Good late Sunday run on 80m.
