Solar flare hit about 08 UTC with all bands going dead. The bands started to
recover about 11 UTC. W6 started to come through on 20 about 1315 and then 15
started to open around 1330. Several Europeans worked and the only USA was
W5ZR. I did hear about 12 CWT CQs but at least F5IN and PA0LOU were in the log.
Did everyone see the interesting article in National Geographic this month about
the Sun and solar flares?
