Comments:
It was slow going on 10M this year thanks to the solar eruptions messing with
propagation. Band was dead at contest start, and when it came alive at 1340z I
heard/worked 2 EU, then none heard until 2145z when worked a few more. Only
heard/worked 1 VK, 1 ZL, 1 JA, 3 KH6, 3 VE, and rest were NA and SA and 3
Caribbbeans. No XE or Central America or Africa or Asia heard. Signal paths
were sometimes skewed by up to 90 degrees and no long path signals heard. There
was unusual QSB, with signals popping up from nothing to S5 to S9 for a minute
or few, and then disappearing never to be heard again. And a few like NU1AW/9
and W1AW/7 were readable for much longer periods. 10M died about 0030 for me
and never came back alive.
