Comments:
Interesting conditions. A great start on 15M to EU and constant nice rate on 15
and 20. 10 was a disappointment given the flare and SFI. Only worked TM0HQ
from the EU mainland despite calling about 10 others that I could hear but
probably did not have their beams pointing West. Tried a few CQs but never an
answer on 10M.
No Asia at all because of disturbance except for YB HQ station on skew path
15M. Pacific had good activity and conditions.
Broke the old SSB LP record by a wide margin. Will be fun to see if conditions
hold like this for another year or 2.
The disturbance generated a K of 6 by the end of the contest which completely
shut down activity (combined with local USA sleep time). Wanted to go the 24
hours but it was pointless around 3:30am local. So took a sleep break.
Finished the contest running 40M locals when normally the last hour is a great
JA run on 20M. Not this year.
