Comments:

PLEASE - STOP THE #&^! BLATANT RUBBER CLOCKING after 03:00:00, because it gives
the appearance of CHEATING ;-(

If a QSO is NOT initiated BEFORE 03:00:00, it can NOT count.  Rubber Clocking
serves NO USEFUL PURPOSE, but rather sends a bad example... especially to the
NS Newcomers.

15m was horrible, and I wasted at least 2 minutes screwing around there ;-( 
IMHO, we should go back to the 160/80/40/20 venue.

Condx on 80m were really stellar for a change, and some LOUD out-of-CA
signals.

Thank God this NS Ladder is over, because I need a break from the Cluster Cluck
mentality that has set in and the continued FEAR of going below 040.
