Comments:

DUPES are a winner during the non-ladder NS events.  There are fewer
participants between ladders.  DUPES allow more contacts than singles.  Many of
the smaller stations get a chance especially if they recruit a local to operate.
 We saw that last night with at least three MN, CO, and CA.  DUPES also
encourage recruiting more to get on for that 30 minute fun time.  I encourage
more DUPE nights during the non-ladder weeks.
