Comments:
Really an excellent contest, never had a better result while I was so relaxed
during and afther the contest.
Most contacts were made by searching the bands, there were so many multi's to
work. 10 meter was just super and also 15 meter was running wonderfull.
But I also had a nice early morning 20m run to South America.
Since my neighbour needed his acre himself this year there was only one long
beverage. Direction JA, KH0 and 9V this beverage gave excellent result.
Put up a K9AY loop, but that was not as good as I hoped it would be.
Also I put up, in the dark, 2 days before the contest a 80m vertical with 4
elevated radials. My thanks goes to Annette my Daugther (no not the Ham PE2T)
who
helped me.
The transmitting was much better as exspected, only rx gave problems, could
copy EX2B only in secound run.
Only a shame that some stations were not running CQWW but had the beam only to
North Amarica like some Central and South American Stations.
Beeing only short time on the band FR4NT really stressed the contest mind by
calling a while NA only.
I made it only in his log because he heard me like PJ5AN and I had to correct
him but I hope he did it also in his log.
I do not know why my fellow hams called me several times as PJ5AN or AJ5AN
since the calls are not in QRZ.com so they could not be familliar.
So my Hamradio Friends I thank you for a wonderfull and exiting weekend.
