Conditions were pretty good from Kansas and I had some great runs. Sunday
morning was good for DX into Europe on 20 and 15 meters. 10 meters did
disappoint...again. 80 meters was OK, but I cannot keep my eyes open long
enough to make 80 meters pay.
Rig was a K3 with a new P3 and that was helpful. The AL-82 did a great job all
weekend without an issue. The SignaLink USB also performed well to.
The 40 meter band is pretty darn good, but I think a lot of people neglect the
band. I have a 40 meter full-size vertical with 32 radials and was able to
work into Europe.
