K3, P3, 3 ele StepIR, 80/40 Dipole. Missed DE, WV, SC, LB, NF, NU, NWT, YT.
Did hear WV & SC operating S&P, but couldn't attract their attention.
Disappointed in poor performance of 10 meters during the hours I operated.
Started 4 hours late. Still fighting 40 meter TVI to neighbor which has been
keeping my power low.
