Comments:

A personal best for this station in final score. 8,979 vs 8,875 in Winter 2012.
However 2 Q's less than last year, but 2 more mults. I spent the last hour on
80M, per the recommended plan, however the only stations I worked were K3WA in
IL, N0KK in MN and N0NI in IA. MN and IA are new states, never before worked on
80M. I heard no closer stations. I totally missed areas like AZ, NV, OR, UT, MT
ID and WY, which are usual fare on 80M. The entire contest I only worked 2 CA
stations, Chris, N6WM on 20 at 00:52Z, and Denny, KX7M on 40 at 03:54Z. For the
whole event I worked 11 stations in TX, 10 in IL, 8 in MN, 7 in ON, 6 each in
GA, IN NC, PA, and 5 each in MO, OH, and TN. Very strange mix. I'm really
interested to see what NAQP SSB will turn up. This was really high on the fun
scale. I think every one running 100W really make it interesting. Bert, K6CSL
