Fairly good propagation.
Most of the time running low power is a lot like running high power.
Occasionally, someone runs you off the frequency but good antennas are a great
equalizer. Still, there was the time in the contest when I tried to call K9CT
on 40 meters and just coundn't get through...less than a hundred miles by
air...arrgh!
