Very poor conditions compared to last year. Not enough flux to really open up
10 meters, to much absorption for 20 meters. The disturbances that happened
both days really hurt us. When the K Index hits 4 we're pretty much out of
business. Low bands were OK Friday night but pretty thin on Saturday. The
best part of this weekend was the opportunity to say hello to old friends, for
example recognizing W0UA's fist (at K0RF) and saying hello at 50 WPM. Hearing
old friends like SP1NY. A fun weekend for sure. Thanks for all the Q's and
here's to hoping the next sunspot cycle is an improvement this one.
