Comments:
ICOM IC-775DSP into Carolina Beam 80 - inverted over a flagpole.
VDA for 15 meters. On par with CW80 and up to 2-3 S-units better.
A hard contest for 100 watts stations from this northern part of Europe.
Best condx after 0300 UTC every morning til 0930 UTC. Then again from 1200 to
1900 UTC on the 3 highest bands.
Saturday evening there was Aurora on a lot of signals.
Sunday morning W1-W3 stations were weak and the QRN high.
W4 stations - FL and GA were much better. Signals high and less QRN.
Stations from Caribbean and SA were all much better.
Very hard to deal with BAD signals and click from the following stations:
