DUPES OK format really juiced things up tonite. Missed CA, OR, WA on 20m; CA
and OR on 40m!
Some don't like dupes. Let me know what you think on NCCC-BLUE. We had DUPES
OK most of the time, in the early days of CW NS.
Still no sign of a RTTY Ladder yet. I guess we need more participants.
