Comments:

Compared with the WPX contest last year, radio conditions were like night and
day. While surfing the bands in 2012, this time it was hard work all along.
Good fun still.

Just one reflection: Two or three times I experienced that after checking a
clear spot (''QRL?'') followed by a minute of brief CQs, and even having logged
a QSO or two, there is this station coming on shouting 'QSY, QSY, QSY' and
resuming(?) his CQ on the frequency. If this behaviour is correct, and with the
increasing popularity of SO2R (i.e. more ops spending time away from own run QRG
and even duelling CQs on two bands), bandwidth quickly becomes an even more
scarce resource in the bigger contests...

Operated from the cabin with set-up
Radio: K3 + Expert 2K-FA
Ant: 2 el. UltraBeam (10-15-20), GP (40), dipole (80)

Thanks for all the QSOs!
