A good contest gone to waste for want of some calm conditions. Flux was great,
but geomagnetic issues, Aurora peaking at 10 and A-index hovering in the mid
20s, ruined the fun.
If IARU HF next weekend goes the same way, a lot of personal worst records will
be broken.
10M -- not a peep from anywhere
15M -- Two stations worked: K6, K7. Very frustrating.
20M -- Mostly NA with one VK. Good to JA for a while, few callers
Europe opened slightly after 0700z, but very weakly.
40M -- VE2, VE3, VE6 and VE7 helped pad the mults. No JAs heard.
