QRP and a Slinky dipole on a 3rd floor apartment porch is not optimum...not even
acceptable :>) Add to that severe thunderstorms and a tornado in suburban
Winnipeg and things get really interesting. Called many stations in the
half-hour I was on but only W2CS and W3KB could pull me out. Interestingly, I
heard F5IN on 15 but there was no way. Maybe back on at 0300UTC if 20 is open.
