Thursday evening K4TD helped me put up an new antenna. Nothing special... 135
foot flat top at 35 feet fed with 450 ladder line to an MFJ auto tuner. RG-8
runs from the tuner to the shack. While this is hardly a stack of yagi's, I
was very happy with the performance. Thanks to Rick for helping me sling this
thing in the trees. We also had a hoot building and using a pneumatic launcher
to get the job done. I know... you can throw a wrench 35 feet in the air.....
but what's the fun in that?!!
