Comments:

I lost at least 15 minutes the first hour with repeated computer lock ups, a
couple of times in the middle of QSOs. I fixed most of them by rebooting the
MicroHam devices, but had to reboot the whole system once. This was the first
time I've done a high power contest with this new computer. I solved the
problem by cutting back from a KW to 500 watts, so it looks to be RF related.
Time for some more ferrite and to examine the grounding system. As others have
noted I found 80 to be very noisy. I really struggled there.
