That was fun. I don't think I have had a straight key contact since around 1958
when I graduated to a bug even before I got my General license. I still have
that Vibroplex bug but I couldn't get it to sound right so I went with the old
straight key with a Navy knob. Remember those? I wouldn't want to do a 48 hour
contest like this but for 30 minutes it was a blast and I wouldn't mind doing
this again.
Logged on paper and just used a single radio since I only had one key
available.
