Comments:

With a rate of about 1 QSO per hour, this wasn't a very active contest from
Utah. ;) I was at a portable QTH at 9081 feet (Mt McKinnon Utah). This a very
good location. I hoped for more Q's obviously. The big highlight was finding
W0UC calling CQ on 50mhz CW. Without a LP-PAN adapter on my K3 setup, I
wouldn't have found him. Running QRO, I really was hoping for more, especially
on CW> This is a highly populated area contest for sure. Utah and the Salt
Lake City area does not have many active VHF'ers.

Thanks for the Q's from the stations I worked! From what I can see, other
areas struggled too. I guess that's the difference between June and September
contests. Very few 50 MHz openings... or I missed them.

Max NG7M (I'll be sticking with HF contesting) 8-)
