Comments:
While attempting to work Julius N2WN/8 in WV for my last need LOTW WAS
confirmation on 10 meters, I found the band open to CA. Worked a few
participants there, then walked down the bands.
Unfortunately the propagation Godz did not cooperate with short propagation to
WV.
