Comments:

Since we moved house only recently the weekend was planned to settle in and get
boxes unpacked, hang pictures and book shelves onto the wall and all the
thousand of little things that need to be done in a new house.

Off course I managed to put in a few hours of contesting mainly in the early
morning and late evening. Interruptions came also from 4 power cuts during the
weekend (very unusual here).

On Sunday we run out of water and I had to find out that the pipe from tanks to
the pump shed was leaking and one of the 25,000 l rain water tanks was empty.
Luckily the valve of the second one was accidentally closed. So we at least
still have water available. Lets hope for rain now!

10m was fading in and out here with heavy QSB at times. Some nice long path
Europe at our local mornings into UK/Ireland and of course South West Europe. I
was wondering where all the VK stations were. I worked 3 times more EI or EA8
stations than VK's. 20 different stations from OH was also impressive. Clearly
the Northpole path was favoured. Not a single station from
I/IT/TK/YU/9A/S5/LZ/YO/HA made it into the log but a lot of long path QSO's
into UK and Ireland.

Great pile ups into JA and North America.

This must have been a record breaking contest if I could run alread 1100 Q's in
the few hours I was operating.
