Stations Setup: Elecraft K3 at 5 watts. Used LP-Pan2,Steinberg U22, and NaP3
used as a Panadapter. Used LP Bridge to allow N1MM and NaP3 share access to
the K3. Heil iC headsets. Antennas included Mosley TA-33 on AB-577 40' Tower,
OCF, Vee Beam, Dipole wire antennas.
Kept trying to call CQ, but kept having high power stations tune up on top of
me and take over the frequency.
I didn't stay up late first evening, as I was very tired from traveling Friday
and Saturday. I thought I'd be more effective on the higher bands, but should
have worked more on 40 and 80m for sure that first night.
NaP3 made it nice to see the spectrum for both search and pounce and to find
possible CQ slots.
Just missed Kentucky. I had them in my sights on Sunday evening, but then he
went quiet.
Very happy with my first SSB Sweepstakes, and QRP at that.
