Comments:

It's sure nice having propagation! I had a run on 15 where I started to think I
had someone else on my frequency until I realized I was hearing myself on long
path ... Just a dit or two when I came back to receive after a CQ. Heard quite
a few other signals with long path echoes.

Unlike the phone contest, I can usually find and hold a frequency even if my
rates aren't that amazing (100+ peak, 50 best hour). I had remarkably few
zero-pointers. I even had to do the zero point thing to a few stations to get
my US multipliers! Usually all it takes is a few minutes of CQing.

High point was working S21ZBB and it didn't even take long. 4Z4DX calling in on
a 20 meter run was pretty special too. Usually I have to chase after the middle
east instead of them coming to me.

Overall, about 10% fewer QSOs than last year but 5% higher score due to more
countries on 10, 15, and 20.

73 and thanks for the Q's
Carl WS7L
