Comments:
I read in the ARRL Propagation Forecast that the 2013 10M contest conditions
should be similar to the conditions in 1999. Comparing my results this year to
my results then, it appears that was correct: QSOs 1999 - 1209, 2013 - 1213,
Multipliers 1999 - 128, 2013 - 126, claimed score 1999 - 623,104, 2013 -
611,352. I operated 3 hours less this year than in 1999 (old age!).
