Just another springtime contest in North Florida ending with a spectacular light
show that shut us (Sandra and I) down 2-hrs early Sunday morning! We have about
the same totals as last year but missing some 10 point QSO's compared to last
year so the score is a bit lower! Sorry to all of those that called and were
not heard! There is nothing worse! Best conditions were Sat. night to early
Sunday morning. It was all down hill after the EU sunrise with the storms
moving in off the Gulf here. There were many great signals on the band but we
were not hearing those that heard us, so pulled the plug early on Sunday!
Still, a fun contest and can't wait to do it again!
AND-- thanks to whom ever fixed it so everyone could experienced what its like
to operate 160M Phone in Florida!
