Comments:

I couldn't get to the Stanford Univ. W6YX shack - the road was
closed and torn up for repaving. I drove back to San Francisco
and started up the software for remote to NN7SS in WA. A couple
new bugs to figure out, so I wasn't ready to go for RTTY, just
barely done for CW. I thought the new VNC connection and tuning
knob would make real S&P possible, but no sir, still too slow to
get tuned in and call before they pickup somebody else or QSY.
I finally went back to just CQing and my pitiful rate improved.
I went to 80m too early for a weak west coast QRP signal, but I
was pleased to get one on 160m! A terrible score, but better than
the alternative of 0x0.
