Comments:
Summer atmospheric noise was very high. Propagation quite poor here.
Seems like more and more ops are not sending their call signs nearly often
enough. That is a strongly aggravating factor which exacerbates poor band
conditions, etc. Takes the fun out of this, or any, contest. C'mon guys --
are you trying to be difficult? Do we need an enforceable rule to cover this
serious lapse in contest courtesy?
