Comments:
Almost 100% S&P this time. Not-so-good conditions combined with lousy
antennas and a couple of ongoing station improvement projects limited my
participation time and enthusiasm. I even went so far as to work some SSB when
I ran out of stations I could work on 20 and 15 during the day and on 40 at
night. 20 at midnight local here sounded like I would have expected at midday
with better conditions. I couldn't even hear a lot of the WRTC stations in
daylight. Thanks for everybody who put up with my puny signal for the sake of a
QSO.
