Comments:
The new TS-590 performed very well. My main 80/40 antenna being down didn't
help any, but the new rig helped get the most out of my horizontal loop. Hated
bad condx on 10, and 15 wasn't great either. They're my best bands. Found out
the deer took down one leg of my K9AY loop so it was limping along too. Only
pulled out a couple using it.
Surprised at the run on 40 that cropped up. 167 q's at 119/hr. Didn't spend
much time thinking about it, but realized my mouth was moving non-stop once and
glancing up I saw the rate meter at 290. Thanks to all.
Worked all our SECC Team members except Jere, KT4ZB. Thanks to K3CWF who tried
to move from 40 to 80 for me.
