Thank you everyone for your well wishes. Shoulder surgery went well. Surgeon
said things were not as bad inside shoulder as he expected. No pain at moment,
but I'm told it will kick in big time when nerve block fades in about five
hours.
Thanks for the Qs and patience. One-handed typing isn't conducive to rate.
