Comments:
Can't get too excited about this "party", but it was a success as I
surpassed my 2013 Q which was zero and triple that of my 2012 score by 3! But,
still a far cry from my multi 50,000 some-odd score a few years ago.
Worked OM2VL because I heard him calling so much when I was working the PAQP, I
figured I would make him happy by passing out Apache as my #001. My second
contact was with the Outlaw HQ, N7AT and my 3rd and final contact was with my
"home town" of Oro Valley, KE7VB. Both on back scatter 15 meters -I
beleive we were all taken back that we actually made contact under such
weird/short conditions! Glad to pass out AZAPH to all 3 of those stations! Hope
to make 6 Q's next year and make twice as many more people happy from Apache! Go
