Comments:

A limited effort due to work Fri. evening, and AM and PM church activities Sun.
I snagged over 90% on my first call, but a few guys needed several repeats from
me. I've GOT TO get a cable for my rig, because manually entering the freq. for
every H & P contact gets old quick! Kenwood TS-950SD dialed down to 100
watts, Heil ProSet with HC-5 mic element, and a home brewed G5RV up 50 feet
running N-S at an elevation of 6,053 feet from Laramie Co., Wyoming. Nice to
see 10 Meters open! 100% "hunt and pounce". I worked a lot of DX
whose call sign was "QRZ"! 100 watts and a single G5RV antenna is a
humbling experience, but I had a blast and every hour in the chair can only
make me better.
