Comments:

Linda and I had a great time! Thanks for all the Q's. KL2R completed our sweep
late Sunday evening. We couldn't believe AK was the last section needed.
Eventually, we ended up with 5 in the log. We had a minimum of two stations
from every section with the exception of ONN. VE3CX was the only ONN heard.
During the CW weekend I (KY4F) missed NT for the sweep. On phone we worked 5!

Running low power it's hard to hold a run frequency, but its complicated by
folks who don't seem to understand that propagation changes over time AND no
one really "owns" a frequency! We always ask if the frequency is in
use before CQing. I can't tell you the number of times we would ask, ask
again, wait a few seconds, then start CQing only to hear, "The frequency
is in use... CQSS CQSS!" Really? I can only assume its an SO2R type
returning to "their" run freq. Very frustrating. Also frustrating
is to be 20 minutes into a nice run and have someone tell you, "You're
QRMing a QSO just down (or up) the band. Again, really? Things change. Bands
shift. There was evidently no "QRMing" for the last 20 minutes. Oh
well, I've learned over the years that their is just no point trying to discuss
the situation. You're best to move along look for another spot. As I said,
frustrating. Still in all we had a great time. The vast majority of operators
are courteous and friendly. Its just a few that make you scratch your head. (Or
perhaps utter ...expletive deleted... to yourself.)

Rig: FTDX3000
Ant: 400 foot horizontal loop up 40 feet with remote auto tuner.
Software: N1MM Classic
Section with most QSO's: MDC with 57

73 and again, thanks for the Q's
