Comments:
Replaced an elevated radial just before game time; there's one area where it
falls below the mandatory 1.1 Antler Height and I lose it every year. Band was
relatively quiet, leaving very few signals uncopyable; which is good 'cuz I
don't have a receive antenna. Ended up with 2 fewer mults than last year in
about the same amount of operating time, but made more Q's and exceeded last
year's score. Other than KH6, no DX to the west . . and KP2 was my only other
"DX." Not even KL7 this year. Used the Auto CQ feature -- a lot!
Always enjoy the "gentlemanly" 160 tests -- tnx for the Q's!
