Comments:

I was pleasantly-surprised with how good conditions were right off the bat, only
to have that joy dashed against the rocks (somehow my Centennial QSO Party
Macros I was running in N1MM re-loaded even after I created a new log and
tested it prior to the contest)(I think my RAM is haunted hi hi!). Saturday I
found myself worrying too much about QRMing folks by grabbing a frequency and
holding it (I had S&P-itus) but that calmed-down mostly by the evening.
However, very urgent family matters (which are still in the works . . . touch
and go) trumped the contest for several hours. Rig was the Yaesu FT-857D into
an Ameritron AL-811H AMP running a cool 500 watts. Antennas: Cushcraft A3S Yagi
up 10m, Ground-mounted Butternut HF9V vertical (lots of radials) for the low
bands, but I used my 30m Delta Loop with great success on 40m with a tuner.
