Comments:
K3, 100w to a 16 ft vertical mounted to lanai cage 9 ft off the ground.
My signal must have been weak as I could not establish any runs. Started
operation at 2230Z with good results on 15M for about an hour.
Limited time to participate, but will set aside more hours next time around.
