First participation on a RTTY contest ever, faced as a timebox effort (4 hours
of less). Took the last bits of propagation with West Coast and JA on Saturday
and the promised peak to Central and North America based on the activity during
saturday as reported at the RBN. The station needed plenty of adjustments on the
fly, from macros to equipment adjustments. The SO2R/SO2V configuration didn't
work either and I'd to fallback to SO1V. Been hit by several issues with the
N1MM+ which creates problems. My signal were reported as surprinsingly good by
the RBN with only 100W, also at moments a good rate were achieved as well.
Lot's of learnings from the ocasion, lot's of work to be performed till next
ocasion. Very much fun as always.
