Comments:
Very good conditions for this one. 40M had some nice openings to EU. Excellent
cw ops! Strange Dept.: a Marshall Is station going full bore but exchanging
only 599 and saying 73, but giving NO power. A few tried to clue him in, but to
no avail. I worked him anyway and put 73 for his power. That's clearly wrong,
but it's the number he gave.
