Hi All:
Great to be on the WRTC road again..Glad to pass (or try to) all those AB
mults to who could hear me; even to the very end with OH2V- (nope I could'nt
read my own writing HiHI and got your call wrong/ fixed ) on 40 in a pile of
local sigs.. VE6 is not very much contesting so I will try my best..I have lots
of calls with 5/6 bands!!..
My first real n1mm effort and all went well so far and all smiles and no
glitches..
VE6EX was:: Kenwood 850 and 950sdx, th3 on a pipe field day style, some
monobanders on a ski lodge roof stand (on the ski lodge roof), 2 el wires in
the trees for 40, 80m broadband dipole @75' or so, inverted ELL for 160...
The Aurora shutdown was a bummer on Sat night but we did what we
could...Cheers, and see you in the next one.. 72s/73 Dan VE6EX..
