N1MM+ says 4 hours :30 minutes of operation. Great condx all bands.
First use of MonoGAP40 in a contest, did as well as the 2 half waves in
phase into Europe and APAC. LOVE not having to touch the tuner anywhere on
40m with this antenna! Heard JA's well on 40, but is fairly useless close
in, as it should be, as its a vertical. Does seem that it has good low
angle quality for DX. Very encouraging performance for future antenna
system expansion here.
All the time I had to offer at this point. SSB will be slightly more
serious if work and family allow.
Still, great fun running JA's on 10m and EU on 15!
One lone 80m QSO was TI5W who moved me down to 80 from 40, and I worked W9RE
at the key with the amp tripped at 30w out!
