Comments:

As others have mentioned, the conditions were less than ideal in the afternoon.
Between the conditions and some nasty power lines, it was slow going for the
first few hours.  As usual, things picked up a bit in the later afternoon, and
while 40 and 80 were a bit noisy after dark, they remained quite usable with
some pretty good rates at times. Thanks to all who called in, and thanks to
Eric, KG9GH for again doing the driving and navigating. We again managed to
avoid the deer and one black bear that crossed the road in front of us.
