Comments:

Missed last week, but not much fun to be back - I think the station is on the
dummy load again.
15m:  Heard several, but not strong, and couldn't make a Q.
20m:  Had a hard time working anyone.
40m:  Noisy, and couldn't be heard even when no competition.
80m : What the heck - give it shot. Finally got heard by a few super-strong
stations.
160m:  Tried for 3 minutes, but no QSO.

My inner Sherlock Holmes says the station is busted again, like back in August
last year. I'll send a message, but I may have to QSY to a different station.
