Comments:

Conditions for a June contest were poor this year. Six metres only opened
briefly and we worked VP2 and C6. On 144 Mhz Signals from W1 land were few and
far between this time, due to the severe storms that went thru.
On 222, after running with a cranky AM6155 for years I rewired it for 240V and
it was working so well, I had to crank the drive down and add attenuators to
keep it low power, but very happy with it, as I thought the tube was fried.
On microwaves, after doing a brain transplant on the 902 transverter (new
GASfet) I hears W2SZ but with 6 watts no way they heard me...didn't have time
to wire the amp..darn.
Ditto on 1296.
Full Station automation working FB, just push the band button on the K3 and all
the right gear gets switched, finally after 40 years!

Hope to get 2304 going as well for the UHF contest and September.
