K3, 80/40 Dipole, StepppIR 
As Rick said we heard KC4D working stations on 20, but we couldn't hear them
answer.  Guess we need to raise our antennas more than 100 ft.  I thought the
conditions stunk when I was on 20 and 40 during the first 4 hours of the
contest.  Had other commitments such I couldn't operate after dark.
The only multi-contact sections were MO, IL, and WI.  Heard NT and RI but not
to be worked.  No 3's heard, one VE, one 8, two 1's, five 7's.
Had some stations on 20 ask to switch to 15 but never heard a peep from any
SSB.
It would have been nice to get on 80 and 160 if I had been here after dark.
