Worse Condx of any NAQP I can recall in past 20 years.10 Mtrs MIA and 15 Ditto.
20 Mtrs a real slog from start til late afternoon but picked up nicely on lat
afternoon. 40 mtrs had lots of QSB all night and local and ambient noise on 80
